“Managing Wellbeing in Uncertain Times”
presented by Nick Bloy, Wellbeing Republic

With the rapidly evolving landscape around the Covid-19 pandemic and the social distancing restrictions that have been put in place, it is arguably more important than ever to protect our wellbeing. We are running a 60-minute webinar to help support people at a time when many of us are likely to be experiencing increased levels of anxiety. In addition, with many people now finding themselves working from home for what could be a significant period, the webinar will also consider how to set up your day for success. The take-aways from the webinar will be:

  • Understanding and managing anxiety in uncertain times
  • Setting up your day for success when working from home
  • Maximising your wellbeing during this time
